Leading thermal process solutions provider, Holmach Ltd has installed a Roboqbo series 4 universal processing system at Mackie’s of Scotland. As one of the UK’s most popular take-home ice cream manufacturers, Mackie’s are committed to seeking new ideas and technologies for the continual development and enhancement of their award-winning products.

Holmach was given the brief to provide a solution to facilitate the in-house manufacture of high quality fruit and sauce preparations at their Aberdeenshire factory. Holmach’s solution was a QBO70 cut-cook-cool vessel which delivers the 45kg batch production requirement. The Roboqbo delivers consistent products due to its recipe and process stage controls. Its ultra-fast processing times maximise product quality whilst retaining the natural characteristics of the ingredients.

The machine took less than a day to install and commission which enabled Holmach to focus the remainder of their time training the team on the production of our products.
