Holmach’s MD Chris Holland has received the outstanding accolade of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the PPMA Group Industry Awards last Autumn. The awards recognise and showcase manufacturing excellence, technical innovation, entrepreneurship, customer service, sales and training support, as well as standout contribution to the world of processing and packaging machinery.

The highlight of the prestigious gala evening was the announcement of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Chris Holland, for his influence and long-standing service to the food industry through his advancement of pasteurisation and sterilisation.

Today, Holmach is at the forefront of enabling both international food manufacturers, specialist producers and start-ups to make safe, excellent food allowing for consumer choice, whilst maximising product shelf life and minimising food waste.

On accepting the award, Chris commented; “To be recognised for the Lifetime Achievement Award is an honour to Holmach’s ongoing industry research into providing safe and environmentally friendly solutions for food processing and packaging.
